Our complete biokinematic analysis starts with a hitting specific movement screening.  Before we can pattern mechanics that are best tailored to your body’s attributes, we also need to understand your physical limitations.  All assessments come with a 12-week strength and conditioning plan based on the screen.

Next, hitters will step into our BioTech Cage to measure your current swing efficiency.  Chicago Cubs Biokinematic Hitting Consultant Justin Stone will then put together a multimedia report detailing your current swing and outlining a development plan based on the results.
