Common Hitting Mis-teaches – Part 1 – Hands Inside the Ball

In Part 1 of the “Common Hitting Misteaches” series Justin Stone dissects the swing mechanics hitting coaches are attempting to communicate when using the phrase “Keep your hands inside the ball.”  Stone also explains the negative results that this phrase can cause if a hitter doesn’t understand the sequence of the swing or how to use his body efficiently.
