Intern, Baseball Biokinematics

Chicago, IL

Interns will work with Elite Baseball Trainings Biokinematic Consulting team on various projects dependent on the time of the internship.  Interns will learn how to operate the latest in baseball technology including a Bertec Force Plate, KVest Biofeedback Device, Blast Motion Sensors, and Hittrax.  Interns will collate the data and shadow Dan Kennon and Travis Kerber through the data analysis phase as they learn how to identify swing characteristics and mechanical inefficiencies as displayed in the graphs and data.

Interns will also be allowed to design their own research projects to test on athletes and present findings as projects are completed.

The position is unpaid, but interns can earn money by working Elite Baseball Training Camps during the week and coaching Travel Teams during the evenings and weekends.
