Francisco Rodriguez comes to the Elite Baseball Training staff after spending the 2024 season with the Cincinnati Reds organization as a performance coach. For the Reds, he lead a number of player development data initiatives, assisted with on field coaching, and worked with the strength and conditioning department.

Before joining the Reds, he coached at several pro and college locations including the Winnipeg Goldeyes of the American Association, the Gary Railcats, South Suburban College, and Morton College.

Francisco brings a well rounded approach to coaching having spent time with players across all levels of the game.

He will be available during MiLB offseason at the Bradley Fieldhouse.
