about

Hitting, Infield, Pitching

Leighton Keller is a Louisville, KY, native that played his prep baseball at national powerhouse Saint Xavier. At St. X, Keller’s teams won state titles and were ranked among the nation’s top programs. Leighton’s successful high school career led him to be recruited by the University of Missouri – St. Louis.

At UMSL, Keller served as a 4 year starter at shortstop for the Tritons. He finished his senior season hitting .290 with 9 doubles and 4 home runs.

Leighton has also been a two year intern in Elite Baseball Training’s (EBT) Baseball Biokinematics program. This allowed Keller to work directly with EBT Director of Player Development, Travis Kerber, and Lead Hitting Trainer, Dan Kennon, on projects involving the Biotech Cage.

Now he will move into a full time role with Elite’s travel team program and be a consistent presence in classes and private lessons.
