Christian has worn a few hats with Elite Baseball Training – starting in the Biomechanics Internship Program, coaching multiple travel team age groups, and leading our 4-on-1 hitting sessions. My time with Elite helped open doors at the professional level, where I’ve spent the last few years in player development roles with both the Toronto Blue Jays and the Baltimore Orioles. With the Blue Jays, I served as a Player Development Intern, specializing in data collection and individualized player reports. I was then hired by the Orioles as a Hitting Coach, working across the Dominican Republic, our Florida Complex, and eventually with our Low-A affiliate in Salisbury, Maryland. During my four seasons with the organization, I had the privilege of working with top prospects such as Adley Rutschman, Kyle Stowers, and Samuel Basallo.
