Lindsey Prezell is a seasoned softball pitching coach and pioneering mind-body nutrition chef dedicated to developing strong, confident female athletes from the inside out.
Lindsey’s mission is simple yet powerful: develop complete athletes – strong in body, sharp in mind, and confident in who they are becoming.
On the field, Lindsey empowers pitchers through intentional mechanical training grounded in a deep understanding of movement efficiency, fluid power transfer, and explosive sequencing. She combines detailed instruction, video analysis, and hands-on demonstration to help athletes build repeatable mechanics and compete with confidence.
Equally committed to the mental side of the game, Lindsey weaves resilience, grit, and focus into every session. She believes pitching is as much about mindset as mechanics, and she equips her athletes with the mental tools to handle pressure, overcome setbacks, and pursue their goals fearlessly — both on and off the field.
Off the field, Lindsey champions total body wellness through her work as a certified MindBody Nutrition and Dynamic Eating Psychology coach. Her nutrition journey began in 2012, inspired by her daughter’s health challenges, and evolved into a calling to help others understand the powerful connection between food, body, and mind. Through cooking, teaching, and mentorship, she guides families and athletes toward real-food fueling practices that support strength, recovery, focus, and long-term well-being.
This one-of-a-kind 4-week softball hitting and pitching camp combines elite instruction in a competitive, game-like environment. Led by Christian Poulsen, hitters will rotate through focused stations to develop explosive bat speed and precise barrel accuracy. Pitchers will work with Lindsey Prezell Shifley to build power, command, and a deceptive arsenal to consistently get hitters out.
What sets this camp apart is the integration of live at-bats, where hitters and pitchers compete in real game situations—applying their training while sharpening their competitive edge.
