Project 100 FAQs
Everything families ask before signing up. Still stuck? The coaches are at the bottom of this page.
What happens when I first join?
You first begin by booking an intro assessment. Each assessment gives us data on how to individualize your program. After that, you are free to choose a plan and begin booking sessions.
How do I schedule my sessions?
All sessions can be booked through Baseline. Upon sign-up, you will be given access to credits within your account that can be used for “Project 100 Pitching Lessons.”
Which instructors will be involved with my sessions?
Kevin Ayeski and Jake Miller will be available for the Chicago location. Hayden Lynch will be available for the Lake County location. Each instructor is available upon request.
How do I get my program?
Your selected trainer will send you your program via Google Sheets. Each program will be completely individualized based upon the athlete.
How do EBT Pitcher Only athletes factor into the program?
Elite Pitcher Only athletes will receive the full Tier 2 training program from November to February. By no means does that mean you have to do it. It is completely optional, but there if you would like to use the resource.
Can position players do this program?
Yes, we can help any overhead throwing athlete increase velocity. Our main goal is to build complete pitchers, but we can strengthen all athletes’ arms.
What locations is this available at?
This will be available at Bradley Fieldhouse (2500 W Bradley Pl B, Chicago, IL 60618) and The Bolt 2.0 (1700 Butterfield Rd Ste 1710, Mundelein, IL 60060).
Do I have to be in-person to complete this program?
No, our programs are meant to be completed anywhere. Throwing programs can be completed during open throw hours at each facility. Weight room work can be completed at any gym, but will have open access during specific hours at each facility.
Do I have to sign up every month?
If you sign up for a month-to-month membership, you have to sign up each month. If you commit to a three-month or six-month membership, your card will automatically be charged through Baseline for the duration of your membership.
How many times do I have to sign up for an assessment?
Your first time in the program is the only time that is required. We recommend signing up to be reassessed every off-season.
When are open gym and open throw hours?
These will be posted by coaches at each facility every month, as they will rotate.
Can I participate in this program in-season?
Yes, we can tailor the program to maximize your needs. Lifting and throwing routines will change based on volume and timing within the season.
Can I join at any time?
Yes, Project 100 is built to flow with the athlete’s availability. If they have football, basketball, ACT/SAT tutoring, or anything else that prevents them from starting in September, they can join whenever their schedule opens up.
