Our programs combine expert coaching, advanced technology, and structured training in a team environment – providing the same MLB-quality instruction as our private lessons at a more accessible price point.

Six weeks of detailed infield instruction, outdoors at Kerry Wood Field.
Join the Elite Baseball Training staff at Kerry Wood Field for 6 weeks of detailed infield instruction.
This series of classes is taught in a progressive manner and covers new material in each session.
This is the best infield class we offer at Elite and one you will not want to miss. Class is for experienced players.
Covers receiving, routine groundball footwork, backhands, forehands and exchanges, double play footwork as well as non-routine plays.

A weekly structured throwing session, outdoors at Kerry Wood Field.
Join us every Monday. A weekly structured throwing session focused on warm-up, J-Band routine, long toss, and post-throw recovery.
Athletes will prepare the body, build throwing volume safely, reinforce proper mechanics, and finish with a recovery routine to support arm health and performance.

Our most popular class is back for another session.
Join Travis Kerber and his team for an all encompassing training program designed and proven to get results.
This course has seen sustained results (average gain 6.8 mph) session after session and year after year.
This course is not just for pitchers but for anyone wanting to add velocity to help in game ability.
Included in this course are arm care (j-bands/weighted plyoballs), mobility and stability training, arm patterning, body movement efficiency, and strength training.
All Velocity Classes are open to all ages. Participants are put onto individual plans based on their age, strength, and ability.
Dates: Wednesdays, September 9 – October 14

Day Off All Skills Camp
A day off school camp with the Elite Baseball Training staff.
Participants touch on every skill on the diamond through a series of drills and competitive games led by some of our top coaches.
