Lindsey Prezell is a passionate and highly skilled softball pitching coach and certified mind-body nutrition chef dedicated to developing complete athletes. A Lake County Illinois Hall of Famer and former Northwestern Softball student athlete, she works with pitchers from young beginners to college-recruit level competitors, blending detailed mechanical instruction, video analysis, and hands-on demonstration to build powerful, efficient movement in the circle. Known for her deep investment in both the physical and mental sides of pitching, Lindsey helps athletes strengthen resilience, confidence, and competitive focus. Beyond mechanics, she weaves in real-food fueling education when appropriate, teaching athletes how to nourish their bodies for strength, recovery, and sustained performance. Her mission is to develop pitchers who are strong in body, sharp in mind, and confident in who they are becoming.

An alumnus of the Illinois Lightning program and Mundelein HS where she was a 4x All Conference Player. Sophia trained during her amateur career with Coach Lindsey Prezell, so clients can expect to receive consistent curriculum and coaching styles.

Clutch Hitting Academy is a female-focused softball development organization built to develop confident, intelligent, and resilient athletes both on and off the field. She believes the mental side of the game is the catalyst for physical development and is passionate about helping athletes become confident, intelligent, and resilient competitors.
