What's Different
Three non-negotiables every program we write
Most training looks the same from athlete to athlete. Ours doesn’t.Every program starts with three commitments – because without them, the technology and the credentials don’t mean much.
01 / Individualized
Programs built around archetype
We classify every athlete as Narrow or Wide based on how their body is built. That classification drives every decision – which exercises, which loads, which training zones. Same sport, same age, same position? Program still looks different.
02 / Data-driven
Measured, not guessed
Force and velocity captured on every rep. Professional-grade sprint profiling. Force plate asymmetry screening. Shoulder strength testing for overhead athletes. We don’t program off feel – we program off evidence.
03 / Earned progression
You advance when you've earned it
Phases aren’t on a calendar. Athletes move forward when they’ve cleared the gates – movement quality, performance benchmarks, consistency. Respects that every athlete is on their own path, not somebody else’s.
The Five Goals
Every block trains one primary goal
We don’t try to make athletes better at everything at once – that’s how progress stalls. Each 6-week block has one primary target pulled from these five. Everything else gets maintained, not chased.
01
Get Bigger & Stronger
The foundation. Heavy compound lifts, controlled tempo, real strength gains.
02
Get Quicker &
Faster
Acceleration, top-end speed, short-burst quickness. Sprint tech, plyos, sprint work.
03
Get More
Powerful
Strength meets speed. Jumps, Olympic derivatives, medicine ball throws.
04
Get More
Durable
Single-leg stability, shoulder health, injury resistance. Keeps athletes on the field.
05
Build Rotational Velocity
Bat speed. Throwing velocity. The specific kind of fast that wins baseball
WHO THIS IS FOR
Committed athletes serious about their next level.
We don’t train everyone. Our program is built for athletes with a goal, a willingness to show up, and a desire to train with intent. If that’s your athlete, this is for them.
High School Athletes
Building varsity-level capacity, competing for playing time, preparing for recruiting exposure.
College-Bound
Juniors & seniors getting ready to show up to campus already physically prepared.
Pro-Track Athletes
D1 commits, draft-eligible prospects, professional athletes inseason & off-season.
Multi-Sport
Athletes splitting time across baseball, softball, football, soccer, tennis, golf, basketball.
